  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Whisk together the sour cream, horseradish, dijon, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and chives.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
