Ingredients
  • 4 Frozen Lobster Tails Thawed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.

  2. Add the lobster tails to the water and boil for 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool enough to handle.

  3. Using a sharp knife, cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.

  4. Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Place the lobster tails, shell side down, on a preheated grill and cook for 3 minutes.

  6. Flip the lobster tails and continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the lobster meat is no longer transluscent.

  7. Transfer to a platter and keep warm.

  8. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  9. Stir in the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

  10. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the herbs.

  11. Drizzle the butter sauce over the lobster tails and serve immediately.
