1/4cupbutter
3tablespoonscornstarch
32ouncesturkey stock
1tablespoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoondried thyme
1/2teaspoondried rosemary
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepperto taste
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Whisk in the cornstarch to create a roux. Turn the heat to medium low and continue to cook until the mixture turns golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Slowly whisk in the stock until smooth.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and rosemary.
Continue cooking until the gravy thickens, approximately 5-10 minutes, and then season with salt/pepper, to taste.
