3tablespoonssteak seasoning
3tablespoonscornstarch
1/2teaspoonbaking powder

Pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel and set aside.
Preheat oven to 425˚F.
Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray and drizzle with olive oil.
Toss the potatoes to coat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the steak seasoning, cornstarch and baking powder.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat.
Arrange the potatoes cut side down and transfer to the oven.
Bake until golden brown and crisp, approximately 20-25 minutes. Flip the fries and continue to bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve immediately with ketchup, garlic aioli or yum Yum sauce
Notes
Don't skip the soak as this step helps remove some of the starch which helps your potatoes get crisp in the oven.Be sure the cut sides of the potato are facing down on the baking sheet for maximum browning and crispness. Mix it up by switching out the steak seasoning and using your own flavors!
