16ouncecan refried beans
4.5ouncecan green chiles
2tablespoonstaco seasoning
2 1/2cupsguacamole
16ounce jar chunky tomato salsa, slightly drained
2 1/2cupssour cream
Zest and Juice of 1/2 lime
1cupshredded romaine lettuce
1cupshredded Monterey jack
1/2cupshredded cheddar
2cupsshredded lettuce
1/2cupquartered grape tomatoes
1/4cupsliced black olives
Chopped Cilantrooptional
Corn chipsfor serving
Instructions
Mix the beans, green chiles and 1 tablespoon taco seasoning in a bowl until well combined. Spread refried beans in an even layer in the bottom of your serving dish.
Spread the guacamole in an even layer on top of the bean layer.
Top the guacamole with the salsa.
In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, remaining taco seasoning lime zest and lime juice. Spread in an even layer on top of the salsa.
Top the sour cream layer with the lettuce. Sprinkle Monterey jack and cheddar in an even layer over the lettuce.
Finish by topping with tomatoes, black olives and cilantro, if using.
