Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl or measuring cup.
Transfer to a large bowl or heavy duty zip top bag.
Add pork chops and marinade for 4 hours or overnight.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the chops on the grill and cook until the pork chop releases easily from the grill grates, approximately 3-4 minutes.
Flip the pork chops and continue cooking on the opposite side for an additional 3 minutes or until an internal temperature on an instant read thermometer reaches 135˚F.
Rest for 10 minutes covered with foil.
Serve with steak sauce, honey dijon sauce or just all on their own.
