Ingredients
4jalapenosseeded and diced
1can diced jalapenos
12ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
1cupshredded cheddar
1cupshredded Monterey jack
5slicesbaconcooked until crispy then crumbled
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonground cumin
Chopped chives and green onionoptional
Crostini for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Coat a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Add the jalapenos, cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar, Monterey Jack, 1/2 the bacon, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin to a bowl. Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining cheddar and bake for 15-20 minutes until melted and golden.
Top with the remaining bacon, chopped chives and green onion.
Serve with crostini.
Notes
Jalapeno Popper Dip can be assembled and refrigerator up to 2 days in advance. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake according to recipe instructions.
