In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper until well blended. DO NOT OVER MIX.
Divide the meatloaf mixture into 2 even pieces and shape into small loaves.
Place the meatloaves in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes.
While the meatloaf is cooking make the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
Spoon half the glaze over the meatloaf to coat. Continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Check for doneness with an instant read thermometer. The meatloaf is done when it registers 160 degrees F.
Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Serve the meatloaf with the remaining glaze.
Notes
Air fryer meatloaf is best if served soon after cooking but leftovers are fantastic in a grilled meatloaf sandwich! You can prep the meatloaf up to 2 days in advance. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you're ready to cook.
