Ingredients

fresh sweet corn kernels or frozen thawed sweet corn

thinly sliced red onion

grape tomatoes
cut in half

English cucumber
cut in half lengthwise and sliced

avocados
cut into 1 inch pieces (Drizzle with honey, water or lime juice to prevent oxidation)
For the dressing:

honey

apple cider vinegar

olive oil

zested and juiced

garlic powder

kosher salt

ground pepper

fresh chopped basil leaves
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the corn, onion, tomatoes and cucumbers to a large bowl, Stir to combine.
Fold in the avocado and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, zest, garlic powder, salt, pepper and basil.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve cold or room temperature.
