3cupsleftover Bolognese Sauce or your favorite jarred meat sauce
1 16-ouncepackage gnocchi
1 1/2cupsfresh spinach
1cupItalian blend shredded cheeseOr a blend of provolone and mozzarella
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add the sauce to a skillet and cook over medium heat until warmed through. Stir in the gnocchi and spinach. Top with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
