cooked to al dente

diced onion

roasted garlic

chicken stock or vegetable stock

package Boursin cheese
cut into pieces

thawed if frozen
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions to al dente.
In a large, deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium high heat.
Add the onion and cook until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the stock and bring to a boil. Stir in the cheese and cook until melted. Turn the heat to low.
Drain the pasta reserving 1 cup cooking liquid. Transfer the pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
Cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes and stir in the peas.
Serve the pasta with parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
