In a small bowl, whisk together the red pepper, black pepper, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Place the mixture in a shallow plate then stir in the garlic and cheese.
Drizzle enough extra virgin olive oil to cover and serve immediately. (Do not combine the garlic, cheese, extra virgin olive oil and dry spices until right before serving.)
