brie wheel
cut into ½ inch pieces

apple
peeled, cored and diced

brown sugar

cup
pecans chopped

cup
dried cranberries
chopped

orange
juiced and zested
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small baking dish, add the brie and be sure it covers the bottom.
In a small bowl, combine the apple, brown sugar, pecans, cranberries, orange juice and orange zest.
Top the brie with apple mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake for a15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve with crackers or crostini for dipping.
Notes
Brie Dip is best served soon after baking.
