Ingredients

Cold Brew Coffee
OR freshly brewed espresso chilled
2
ounces
vodka
1 1/2
ounces
Kahlua or other coffee liquor
Ice

scoop Coffee Ice Cream
Instructions
Chill a martini glass for 15 minutes.
Shake coffee, vodka, Kailua and ice in a cocktail shaker.
Add the ice cream to the martini glass and pour the martini into a glass.
Top with foam from cocktail shaker.
Garnish with coffee beans.
Serve.
Notes
Espresso Martini Affogato is best served soon after making.
