1 16-ouncebag frozen artichoke heartsthawed and chopped
1cupshredded asiago cheese
1teaspoonhot sauceI like to use Tabasco
3garlic clovesminced
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/2cupsour cream
4ouncescream cheesesoftened
1/2tablespoonsmoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, blend together the artichoke hearts, cheese, hot sauce, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream and cream cheese until thoroughly combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in a small baking dish and sprinkle with the paprika.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Serve immediately with crackers, toasted baguette and crudite.
Notes
Dip can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance (without baking) and stored, covered, in the refrigerator. Uncover and bake as directed right before serving.
