Sara Lee Original Cream Classic Cheesecake
thawed according to package

Lemon Curd

tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping - Original

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Turn the cheesecake out upside down on a plate or platter.
Carefully remove the bottom crust and divide among four 1/5 liter jelly jars.
Top the crust with 1 heaping tablespoon of cheesecake filling and level with a spoon.
Top the cheesecake layer with 1 tablespoon lemon curd and level with a spoon.
Top the lemon curd with 1 heaping tablespoon Cool whip.
Top the Cool Whip layer with another cheesecake layer, lemon curd and then top with a dollop of Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for up to 6 hours or serve immediately.
