Instructions
Preheat your oven to the lowest setting available or 200˚F.
Spread the lemon zest on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 20 minutes or until the zest has completely dried out.
Transfer the lemon zest to a bowl and add the pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Whisk to combine.
Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
