In a large bowl, stir the oats, raisins, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, cinnamon and nutmeg until thoroughly combined. (If the mixture is still dry, add water one tablespoon at a time until moistened enough to stick together.)
Roll heaping tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Refrigerate the energy balls for 1 hour.
Transfer to an airtight container for up to five days.
