Peeled and sliced peaches

tbsp.
granulated sugar

tbsp.
cornstarch

tsp.
pure vanilla extract
one lemon
zested and juiced
1/4
tsp.
cinnamon

box yellow cake mix
1/2
c.
1 stick cold butter
cut into 1/4 inch slices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine peaches, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, lemon juice, zest and cinnamon.
Pour into a 9x13" baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle cake mix evenly on top.
Arrange the butter on top and bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Peach Dump Cake will last at room temperature for up to 2 days.
Top with fresh whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
