Ranch Dressing
Homemade ranch dressing is the best! This recipe is thick, creamy, and tangy, but Greek yogurt makes it lighter than the original.

Ingredients

cup
plain low-fat Greek yogurt
½
cup
buttermilk
¼
cup
mayonnaise

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh dill
2
tablespoons
fresh chopped parsley

teaspoon
onion powder
1
garlic clove
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
As a dressing, you may adjust for consistency by adding 1 tablespoon milk for a thinner dressing.
As a dip, add an additional 1 tablespoon greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise for a thicker consistency.
Season to taste.
