1/2cupolive oil
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
1/4cupsoy sauce
1/4cuphoney
1/4cupbrown sugar
3tbspWorcestershire sauce
1lemonjuice and zest
3tbspitalian seasoning
2tbspgarlic powder
1tbspsmoked paprika
1tbspDijon Mustard
2tbspkosher salt
1tbspblack pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, dijon, salt and pepper until combined.
Place the steak in a large zip top bag and place the bag in a large bowl to prevent leaking. Pour the marinade over the steak and seal the bag pressing out as much air as possible.
Transfer the steak to the refrigerator and marinade for 1-24 hours.
Remove the steak from the bag and cook as desired.

Steak marinade can be made up to 1 week in advance and stored in an airtight container at room temperature.Discard marinade after using because raw meat will make it unsafe to consume unless boiled for 30 minutes or more.
