In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper until smooth.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes or up to 48 hours.
Uncover and serve with fresh veggies, crackers or chips.
Substitute the fresh dill with 2 tablespoons dried dill, if fresh is not available.Add more cayenne for a bigger hit of heat.Dip can be made up to 5 days in advance. Store refrigerated until ready to use.This dip can also be used as a flavor packed sandwich spread!
