Rich, savory Turkey Gravy is easy to make in minutes with just turkey stock, butter and flour. Mix in herbs and seasoning to boost the flavor even more. Pan drippings just put this over the top!
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Whisk in the cornstarch to create a roux. Turn the heat to medium low and continue to cook until the mixture turns golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Slowly whisk in the stock until smooth.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and rosemary.
Continue cooking until the gravy thickens, approximately 5-10 minutes, and then season with salt/pepper, to taste.
