Ingredients
8ouncecream cheeseat room temperature
1/4cupmayonnaise
1/4cupsour cream
1cupgrated pepper jack cheese
1cupgrated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4cupminced onion
1garlic cloveminced
1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1tablespoonTabasco sauceor other hot sauce
1 1/2tablespoonslemon juice
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
1poundjumbo lump crabpicked over for shells
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream with a hand mixer until smooth.
Stir in the pepper jack, cheddar, onion, garlic, worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
Fold in the crab and transfer to a small baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Serve hot with crackers, crostini or vegetables.

This dip can be assembled in advanced and store in the refrigerator covered with foil until ready to bake.Jumbo lump crab is a little on the pricier side but it does go far in this recipe and tastes amazing. If you're looking for a less spendy alternative you can use backfin but be sure to drain thoroughly before adding to the other ingredients to keep the dip from acquiring an overly "crabby" taste.
