Game day dip that won't add inches to the waistline! This classic 7 layer dip is made with heart healthy hummus in place of refried beans.

Instructions
In an 8x8 inch baking dish (or equivalent size serving dish), spread the hummus in an even layer.
Top evenly with the salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
Sprinkle with the shredded cheese, olives, cilantro and jalapeño.
Garnish with tomatoes and chill, covered, for up to 8 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables for dipping.
Notes
7 Layer Mexican Dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
