Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and seat aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, smoked paprika, dijon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add the pork chops to a shallow bowl or zip top bag and pour the marinade over the pork chops. Allow to marinade for 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat air fryer to 400˚F.
Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in the basket of an air fryer. (Discard the marinade at this point.)
Air fry the pork chops for 10 minutes at 400˚F or until the internal temperature reaches between 135˚-140˚F.
Remove from the air fryer and cover with foil. Rest the pork chops for 5 minutes.
