In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice and kosher salt. Using a hand mixture, beat the mixture together until smooth, approximately 1-3 minutes.
Spread the mixture in a shallow dish or bowl in an even layer and top with the cherry pie filling.
Cover and chill for 1 hour or overnight.
Top with the cherry pie filling and serve with cookies or fruit slices for dipping.
