Ingredients

cooked chicken breast
shredded

lettuce leaves
green leaf lettuce or romaine

cup
shredded carrot
optional

cup
shredded red cabbage
optional

multigrain or whole wheat flatbread wraps
1
cup
shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, to taste, if desired.
Arrange the wraps on a flat surface. Top each with lettuce, carrots, cabbage, cheese and chicken in the center of the wrap.
Fold in the sides of the wrap then roll up from the bottom to close, like you would a burrito.
Cut in half and serve with your favorite sauce.
Notes
Cool Wraps are best served within 6 hours of assembling.
