1jalapeno pepperseeded and minced (or less if you like it less spicy)
1garlic cloveminced
2tablespoonchopped fresh cilantro
zest and juice of 1 lime
1/2teaspoonground cumin
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher until well blended.
Serve immediately.

Notes
To make the guacamole in advance, follow the recipe instructions and transfer to an airtight container. Carefully pour a thin layer of water over the guacamole, seal the container and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Pour off the water before serving.
