Ingredients

  • 2 avocados halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients, except salt and pepper, in the pitcher of a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

Green Goddess Dressing will last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Store in an airtight container.
