In a medium bowl, beat the butter, honey, vanilla, heavy cream and kosher salt together with an electric mixer until smooth.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

Honey Butter can be made up to 10 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
