Ingredients

olive oil

green beans
trimmed

teaspoon
kosher salt
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4
cup
grated parmesan
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
When the oil is shimmering, add the green beans.
Cook the green beans, stirring occasionally until the begin to blister and softened, approximately 5 minutes.
Remove the skillet from the heat.
Stir in the lemon zest, juice and parmesan.
Serve immediately
Notes
Sautéed green beans can be served at room temperature or as a salad. A great option for the lunch box!
