Quick and easy, Mango Salsa is refreshingly simple with a bright burst of juicy mango, fiery jalapeno and fresh cilantro. Perfect for tacos, quesadillas and more.
2jalapeñosseeded and minced (use one jalapeno for less heat)
Instructions
Add the mangos, bell peppers, red onion, cilantro and jalapeño to a bowl.
Toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve chilled with chips or use as a taco topping.
Notes
To make it less spicy, omit the jalapeno.Add a pinch of cayenne for extra peppery flavor.A pinch of Tajin or chili lime seasoning makes the flavors pop even more!
