1 - 3poundchuck roast

1 16.9ouncebottle Lipton Green Tea Citrus Flavored Iced Tea
1/4cuprice wine vinegar
1/4cupfresh squeezed orange juice
1 1/2tablespoonsminced ginger
Season the beef with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet or stovetop safe slow cooker insert, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the pan and brown for 3-4 minutes until a crust has formed. Turn the beef over and brown on the opposite side for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Lipton Green Tea Citrus Flavored Iced Tea, soy sauce, vinegar, orange juice, chili paste, ginger, honey, fish sauce and sesame oil.
Pour the sauce over the beef and add the orange slices to the slow cooker.
Place the lid on the slow cooker or crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 7-8 hours.)
Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred with a fork.
Return the beef to the slow cooker and cook, uncovered, for an additional 10-20 minutes.
