Slow Cooker Pork Chops Recipe
Tender Slow Cooker Pork Chops are seared until golden, then cooked in a creamy homemade Dijon mushroom gravy with onions and garlic. An easy Crock Pot dinner made completely from scratch without canned cream soup.

Instructions
Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
Combine the salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Season both sides of the pork chops.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops on both sides.
Add the onions to the slow cooker. Arrange the pork chops over the onions and top with the mushrooms and garlic.
Whisk together the beef stock, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning.
Pour the sauce over the pork chops and cover.
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3-4 hours.
Remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and keep warm.
Whisk together the heavy cream and cornstarch. Stir the mixture into the slow cooker.
Return the pork chops to the slow cooker, cover and cook for another 20 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened.
Serve the pork chops topped with the creamy Dijon mushroom gravy.
Notes
This recipe is written for center-cut bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick.
Thick boneless pork chops can be used but may cook faster.
Beef broth can be substituted for beef stock.
Soy sauce or coconut aminos can be substituted for Worcestershire sauce.
Half-and-half can be used instead of heavy cream for a lighter gravy.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
Reheat gently in short microwave intervals or in a skillet over medium-low heat.
