Ingredients

mayonnaise
for best flavor use Japanese Mayonnaise

Sriracha Hot sauce

lime juice

sesame oil

Instructions
Add the mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime juice and sesame oil, if using, to a small bowl.
Whisk to combine.
Adjust to taste by adding more sriracha for more spice.
Transfer to an airtight consenter and store in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
Notes
Store leftover Spicy Mayo in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 5 days.
