Vanilla Coconut Sugar Scrub
It’s easy and cost-effective to make your own sugar scrub at home. Just a few minutes of your time and you can make this yummy smelling Vanilla Coconut Sugar Scrub as a gift for yourself….or someone you love!
I’m sure, by now, you all know the health benefits of coconut oil. I’ve tried just about every one of them, except oil pulling, with tremendous results. I’m the biggest skeptic when it comes to health claims of trendy food items, which coconut oil is definitely the trend of the moment. Don’t you agree? It’s everywhere. I use it in many of my recipes and we keep some in the bathroom. It’s a great makeup remover when you’re out of your chemically filled makeup remover. 🙂 And it’s a great alternative to shaving cream….try it. You will thank me later.
AND when you mix it with some sugar…..you get this amazing body scrub which will turn your alligator legs (or my alligator legs, for that matter) into silky smooth baby soft skin. True store. And it smells so good you’ll want to eat it. AND you CAN eat it if you really are that hungry but I would just go eat an english muffin.
Three ingredients is all you need….coconut oil, coconut sugar and a little bit of vanilla. Your shower will never be the same again.
