I’ve tried EVERY diet plan known to man from the Grapefruit Diet to the Keto Diet and if there’s one thing I know to be successful when it comes to dieting….is just don’t do it.

So many of you ask if I eat all the things I make on the blog and the fact of the matter is…..I DO! I don’t deprive myself of anything I want to eat but I DO have a “Healthy-ish Meal Plan” that I follow every week and I’m sharing it with all of you.

You may not even realize it but MOST OF THE RECIPES ON THE SITE are healthier than you think. AND they’re still packed with flavor and totally satisfying keeping you from feeling deprived. Now, I’m helping you pull it all together into a meal plan you can use week after week, mixing things up as much as you want.
