How to Make a Banana Split for One
Summer isn’t summer without a Banana Split Sundae and this easy Banana Split for One is just what you need to beat the heat! Made with Signature Reserve™ Super Premium Ice Cream.
One of my favorite things about summer is all the ice cream I get to eat. Don’t get me wrong, I do indulge in a lot of ice cream to drown my winter blues but there’s just something about a big bowl (or pint) of ice cream all to myself in the summer time. It’s cool and creamy and I LOVE making an over the top sundae like this easy Banana Split for one!
I recently discovered the new Signature Reserve Super Premium Ice Cream at my local ACME Market and it’s available in a cornucopia of flavors. It’s rich, creamy, and ultra indulgent making my summer nights just a little bit sweeter.
Signature Reserve Super Premium Ice Creams are perfectly balanced with flavors from around the world and made with globally-sourced ingredients. They offer a rich, indulgent taste that’s super creamy and pleasantly sweet.
I made my Banana Split for One right in the container for easy clean up! Because less dishes in the summertime is my ultimate goal AND the container is actually prettier than any of the paper bowls I have on hand.
I blended my two favorite flavors, Belgian Chocolate Almond and Madagascar Vanilla Bean into one of the pint containers. Then, I topped it with crushed pineapple, strawberry sauce, a little drizzle of hot fudge sauce and a spoonful of butterscotch sauce.
Next, I loaded it up with whipped cream and topped it with a cherry. Add sprinkles if you want or don’t….this is a “you do you” situation since it’s a Banana Split for one.
Finally, grab a spoon and dig in! Enjoy your summer night with a sweet treat just for you….or load up a bunch of pints for a DIY sundae bar at your next cookout or barbecue. How fun for your guests to make their own sundae in a WHOLE pint of ice cream. That’s just winning at life, if you ask me.

Caramel Apple Chai sounds so good! It’s such a great idea to make the banana split in the ice cream container.
