Pineapple Prosecco Slushie

  • 1 16 ounce bag frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3 cups prosecco


Place the pineapple chunks and 2 cups prosecco in the pitcher of a blender.

Blend the pineapple and prosecco until smooth.

Divide the slushie mixture among four glasses. Top with the remaining prosecco.

Garnish with pineapple, if desired. Serve immediately.
