Chili Lime Grilled Pineapple
Next time you’re firing up the grill, make this Chili Lime Grilled Pineapple! It’s impossibly juicy and sprinkled with chili lime seasoning for the most epic treat ever to come off the grill.
Grilled Pineapple
One of my favorite things to grill in the summer months is fruit and this easy Grilled Pineapple is so insanely delicious. Guests are always surprised when I serve it because it’s a surprising treat that seems a little out there.
Brushed with honey, the pineapple gets a bit caramelized making it extra sweet and the heat brings out the juiciness that we all love in pineapple to begin with. It goes with just about anything but we love it with grilled pork and chicken.
It’s like a taste of the tropics in your own back yard!
How to Grill Pineapple
This easy grilled pineapple recipe is simple and quick! You just need a handful of ingredients to get this on the table. You can cut your own pineapple slices or buy them at the store already sliced into rings.
- Prep the pineapple. Arrange your pineapple rings on a platter and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Whisk the glaze. Whisk the olive oil and honey together, then brush both sides with the mixture using a pastry brush.
- Grill the Pineapple. Place the pineapple on the grill and cook on both sides for about 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
- Season the pineapple. Sprinkle with the chili lime seasoning and serve.
If you want to skip the chili lime seasoning, this pineapple is great all on it’s own. Even better topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
