Why settle for ketchup when you can have French Fry Sauce?! This sauce is creamy, so much more flavorful than ketchup, and it mixes together in minutes. You probably have everything you need to make it!

Chicken nuggets seem to get all the fun dipping sauce options, while French fries get short shrift. At most restaurants your options are ketchup and… well, your option is ketchup. That’s it. But make your own Homemade steak fries at home, then pair them with French fry sauce and finally your fries have met their match.

This sauce has ALL the flavor. Ketchup makes it sweet, vinegar makes it tangy, Worcestershire sauce adds lots of rich umami, and a combination of spices makes it smoky, garlicky, and a little bit spicy. Then there’s the mayo base, which makes French fry sauce creamy—and helps it cling to all your fries for maximum flavor.

As if that’s not enough of a selling point, this recipe comes together in a matter of minutes. There’s no cooking, not even any microwaving—just stir the ingredients together and your work is done.

How Long Will French Fry Sauce Last in the Fridge?

This French fry sauce will last in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. I recommend storing it in a jar, squeeze bottle, or other airtight container to keep it fresh.

If you’re wondering if you can freeze French fry sauce, the answer is no. Because it contains mayonnaise, the consistency and texture of the sauce will change when thawed.
